A CIVIL COLLECTION
Fear of God Founder and Artistic Director Jerry Lorenzo looked within for the inspiration to inform the brand’s latest work titled "A Civil Collection". The collection embodies the elegance, resilience and humility that graced the American people of the late 1960s. Sophistication and ease were inescapable and imperative dressing demands for individuals required to perform numerous duties from working to protesting and from sitting to marching. Clothing at that time demanded the highest level of function, comfortability and elegance. Dressing was for self-preservation and not self-promotion.
