To request an exchange or return, please submit a request to email@example.com within 14 days of receiving the item(s).
Item(s) must be sent back in original/sale-able condition. The item(s) must be unharmed, not worn, unaltered, and free from any odors. Item(s) must be in original packaging, with tags still attached.
If item(s) do not fit these requirements, it will be sent back to the customer at his/her expense. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition.
We can only exchange an item for the same article in a different size or color.
If the item is no longer available and you would like to exchange for another item on our website, please follow our steps to return your item(s) for a refund, and place a new order.
Allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be reflected on your bank history.
We do not offer credit notes, and all refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. NO EXCEPTIONS.
