Fear of God and adidas reveal the Fear of God Athletics II Basketball in Ash Silver, the fourth colorway of the performance basketball shoe.  

The new colorway launches with a campaign that spotlights the elite Amateur Athletic Union basketball team Compton Magic, founded by Etop Udo-Ema and led by coach Justin Williams. Reflecting the spirit at the core of Fear of God Athletics, the team appears in a video and photo series dressed in custom-designed Ash Silver uniforms alongside the II Basketball Ash Silver shoes. Photographed at Compton Magic’s new training facility, “The Magic Lab” and the “Earn Your Stripes Tournament”, the campaign showcases the brand’s continued commitment to uplifting the next generation of athletes.  

The II Basketball reflects the ethos of the Fear of God and adidas partnership: an uncompromising alignment of performance and aesthetics. Carefully crafted with innovation in mind, the silhouette starts with an inner bootie for a tailored fit, incorporates mono-filaments for breathability, and rests on a lightstrike midsole formed from lightweight foam for responsive support. A TPU shank delivers dynamic propulsion, while the durable rubber outsole ensures multidirectional traction. The shoe’s luxurious suede upper reinforces the Fear of God perspective on modern luxury.
